Live Smart 360 Manna Slim claims you can feel the energy and lose weight. Interesting claim. We shall see.
Each day I need to be prepared to be bikini ready to be on camera and yes the camera can add 10 pounds. My optimum weight is 15 pounds less than what I currently am but it is a delicate balance as my ribs can quickly begin showing.
Losing weight is an effort as anyone will admit as most seek long term not just short term results. Weight loss typically begins with water loss with most of your results coming in the beginning. You’ve heard it takes 7 days to create a habit
I have an erratic schedule which changes every day. I don’t know when and we’re I’m eating. My system has a high metabolism and I burn through everything I eat rapidly. Physically I need to eat every few hours otherwise I crash with borderline low blood pressure and low sugar levels.
Only 1 meal a day is certain, breakfast and the others are typically whenever and where I can get it unless I am filming Cooking with Notaspringchick, which is a green cooking show which focuses more on taste than proportions.
Live Smart 360 was discovered at WOW! Creations Emmy Gifting Suite by Matt and Mark Harris at the Luxe Hotel. CEO Mark McCool and Live Smart 360 were gifting their propietary mists with ZorbMax, a technology for quick absorption nutrients, Mist Zip for mental clarity, Mist Relieve for aches and pains, Mist Slim for weight loss, Mist Ignite for sexual performance and Mist PM for sleep. Later they sent me a box of Manna Slim dietary supplements with 30 (2 capsule) packets, a box with 15 Manna 360 shakes and a shaker bottle.
Following you’re going to see my personal experiences from using Live Smart 360 Manna Slim. Besides the daily journal, I’m also monitoring weight and measurements.
Day 5: July 1
Today was the first day where I did not see a lower amount of weight on the scale. I had a very solid 6-3\4 hours of sleep and could have used more but am reminded that any food eaten late stays with you.
Today began with a Manna 360 shake, tastings at Costco then a Polish dog with toppings and half a Coke, aka Coca Cola. The picture below was not my Polish dog but my friend that was with me, but yes I had one too. Dinner was a turkey burger patty and 2 buttered ears of corn.
I’ve heard it’s psychological, but I still have a difficult time swallowing pills so the capsules are opened and emptied into a a couple ounces of juice then chased with a glass of water.
Day 4: June 30
After 6 hours of night’s rest I drank a Manna 360 shake this morning. The taste was better than yesterday since I actually used 8 oz of milk and added a banana. Wondering if I should have 2 capsules per portion as labeled or still 1 capsule? Another capsule for lunch before pasta with a Cabernet Vodka marinara sauce for lunch and early dinner.
They were serving hors d’oeurves at the 2012 Summer LeX coinciding with the Summer X Games at the Lexington Social House which of course I had to try since it had already been several hours since eating dinner. Pictured are the bleu cheese with carmelized walnuts, fried chicken skewers, buffalo and mozzarella and pepperoni pizza. My drink for the evening was Aqua Con guava flavored water.
The party finished and it was a near midnight run for McDonald’s and a hot fudge sundae. Of course it wasn’t my idea but I couldn’t let my friend eat by themself.
Day 3: June 29
This morning I had a solid night of sleep of 7-1\2 hours and it was my first Manna 360 shake. After pouring the milk and supplement in the blender I realized when I read the directions I was supposed to use 8 oz, I was at 16 oz. The 360 shaker bottle I was supposed to use was in a very safe place, which I couldn’t find.
Still taking only 1 capsule twice a day. Reading the packaging information that you’re supposed to take them at the first and second meal. That’s probably the reason for the 1st day results since I take the capsules at lunch and dinner since that’s when I first started taking the capsules.
Yes, this was lunch. It’s burgundy beef stroganoff with a bean potato vegetable salad on a bed of organic spinach from when we were filming Cooking with Notaspringchick. The picture is to show what was eaten, not the proportions that I ate. This was the photographer’s picture. Since the photographer was eating afterwards, you’ll notice the generous proportions.
Day 2: June 28
This morning I woke up at 5:30 am, forced myself to go back to sleep, woke up again at 6:30 am and got up at 7:00 am as I couldn’t sleep anymore. A bundle of excess energy I’ve been hyped up all day. The labeling says to avoid snacks between meals and after dinner. This is not a possibility for me as I have to eat every few hours to maintain energy and I have an erratic schedule that changes every day.
The first capsule I had was in the morning and another at lunch time.
My evening started off with at Mandarin Oriental event at Spago in Beverly Hills followed by Fashion Splash at The Standard Hotel. Taking advantage of any food by Spago and Wolfgang Puck as anyone would, a sampling of steak tartare, truffles and chocolate cakes were included along with my drink for the evening Perrier.
Day 1: June 27
Today I decided I could lose about 10 pounds after seeing the results on camera from yesterday since I have to be bikini ready every day for shooting. I dug out Manna Slim that had been sent to me for review.
The labeling on the capsules tells you to eat 2 capsules per meal and then wait 30 minutes before eating. To assess your tolerance you can start with 1 capsule, not exceeding 6 capsules per 24 hour period.
After the first capsule around lunch time, I ate after 30 minutes when my director reminded me. There was cleaning and more cleaning, I had a surprising amount of energy. The second capsule I took for dinner and didn’t remember until 45 minutes later when I was low on energy and having difficulty keeping my eyes open, it was 9:15 pm. I ate and then took a green tea concentration to wake me up, then going to sleep at 12:30 am.
